What are my delivery options based in Ireland and how much do they cost?
All Postage is Free over €120
Standard Delivery is 1-2 days from the date of dispatch and is €8 when orders are below €120 in value and sent with either An Post or Fastway Couriers. You will be issued with a tracking reference for this service.
What are our dispatching hours?
We dispatch Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 3.00pm approx. with Fastway collections normally around this time.
What if I live outside of Ireland? What are my delivery options and how much do they cost?
Standard International method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside of Ireland. We use An Post now for all international shipments and delivery can take 3-10 working days. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods ordered. You can track your order with this Service. The standard international shipping charge is €25.
Express International is suitable for all orders outside of Ireland. This service can take 3-10 working days from dispatch depending on where your location is. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods ordered.
If the shipping charges for your order prove to be higher then originally quoted, you will be informed by email. Such items like hockey balls due to their weight, gk gear and hockey sticks due to their volumetric size may incur extra shipping charges.
All orders are shipped as soon as all the items are available, subject to clearance of payment authorisation.
In the event of an item being out of stock the item will be shipped once it is back in stock. Any item that may take a while to come in or has ceased as a valid item then you will be notified by telephone or email to its availability and come to agreement on the orders status. We endeavour to keep our online stock as 100% accurate as possible but sometimes admin errors can occur.
Please note that at exceptionally busy times like Christmas or adverse weather conditions deliveries may take longer than these advised times and is obviously beyond our control. Again communication is key and we will let you know of any difficulty that we may have in dispatch. At these times we cannot guarantee next day delivery when selected.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can, all orders are tracked.
Will I need to sign then for my delivery?
Yes as a rule the courier will require you to sign on delivery.
Again standard An Post-delivery will be delivered to your door depending on the size of item.
Am I Ok to come and collect my order?
Of course if you live locally it’s no odds for us if you popped in store and picked up your order. Just select ‘Collection’ at check out.

If your delivery is inside the EU then your order will be subject to VAT.
For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay an Import duty by your government, you will be notified by the courier delivering if this is the case on delivery.
Some countries like for example; Israel and Switzerland do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU but in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax, again you will be notified by the courier if this is the case on delivery.
Missing Or Damaged Deliveries
If you have received your order damaged or it is deemed as missing then please contact us as soon as you can either by email on [email protected] or by calling us on 045 437579 (Newbridge)
If the goods are damaged we need a proof of this, either by the item being returned to us, or in some instances, images of the product and packaging sent to us via email. We can then advise you on the best plan to rectify the situation. Once we have assessed the damage we can get on with sorting out the situation.
