Shipping Information

We do our best to ensure every order is processed, packed and dispatched promptly. There are times however when this is not possible in which case we will call you to notify you of any delays. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed straight away and given the choice of an alternative or a date when the item will return into stock. In the event of a an item being out of stock in a multiple order, your order will not be part shipped. Again, you will be notified of any missing items and a suitable alternative arranged. It is important to include a contact number with every order placed both for this reason and to speed up the delivery process in the event of the courier wanting to contact you to arrange delivery. It is advised to use a business address whenever possible as this can lead to a speedier delivery service.

We use both An Post and Fastway Couriers for all deliveries.

If your order is placed before 2.00pm it is normally packed and dispatched that same day. Anytime after 2.00pm then it is dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following Monday.


A standard shipping charge of €8.50 is applied to all orders under €125. For orders over €125, delivery is free of charge.

European Deliveries

A standard shipping charge of €25 applies to all order outside of Ireland and within the European Union. We currently do not ship orders to the Rest of the World but don’t ever be afraid to ask!

At GSports, we pride ourselves on the customer experience and always try to ensure every customer is given the highest level of service possible. By ordering from GSports, you are accepting our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change without notice and any changes will be posted on this page. This does not affect your statutory rights.

GSports is an Irish company and therefore guided by Irish Consumer Law. This includes the Distance Selling Regulations that allows a customer to cancel an order and return the goods that may have already been dispatched up to a period of 7 days upon receipt of goods. All goods must be returned in a resalable condition and include a box when return shoes and any packaging that the product may have been in. No returns will be accepted that have clearly been used in anyway. 


The price listed online is the price you pay. There are some exceptions to include:

We do try and ensure the pricing on the website is correct. However in the unlikely event of a pricing error, you will be contacted as soon as possible following order placement and given the option to pay for the order at the corrected price or have the option to cancel your order. If we cannot contact you we will automatically cancel your order and inform you by email. In the event of your payment being processed, a full refund will be issued.


Payment is processed at the time of order placement, subject to your payment being authorized by your provider and stock availability. In the event of goods being out of stock and unavailable, you will be informed straight away and a full refund given where you have already paid for goods.

We accept most major credit cards and have the ability to also accept PayPal and Stripe. All your details are protected with the highest security possible and any details will never be passed to third parties.

Claims/Damaged Goods/Missing items

Any discrepancies in your order must be made known to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. This includes damage to any item and/or any shortages that may have occurred. Images of any damage to goods or packaging must be emailed to gsportsnewbridge@gmail.com within 48 hours or order receipt.
